After years working at corporations inside major capital programs, our founders saw the same pattern repeat: smart people working hard, but in an organization with unclear roles and responsibilities, confusing priorities, decision-making churn, and lack of focused leadership. We built Schneider Ryan to bring structure and accountability, with co-founders Brent Schneider and Christopher Ryan staying directly involved in the work.

Brent began his career in the oil and gas industry executing large capital projects at ExxonMobil. He was assigned to project developments in Iraq, Australia, Alaska, and Corpus Christi, with resident expatriate assignments in Qatar and Canada.
After ten years at ExxonMobil, Brent left to start Schneider Ryan. The initial goal was to provide independent project management consulting to companies and municipalities, but it soon grew to focus on multi-family housing improvement and aviation projects.
In 2021, Schneider Ryan was tapped by United Airlines to help rebuild its project management office at IAH airport after the Covid-19 pandemic. It quickly grew into leading a fullscale aviation project portfolio, ranging from TSA security checkpoint upgrades to large infrastructure project and industry-leading airline lounges.
Brent holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University.

Christopher began his career in the oil and gas industry working on large-scale offshore drilling programs. He traveled to operations across the world to conduct sea trials and complete operational audits.
In 2014, Christopher entered the waterway dredging industry, working on a number of projects around the United States. This led Christopher to the Corpus Christi area, where he began working on liquified natural gas (LNG) developments with Cheniere Engergy.
At Cheniere, Christopher was responsible for leading infrastructure development projects, including jetty facilities, pipelines, roadways, parking facilities, and dredge material placement areas. He currently focuses on large infrastructure projects for Schneider Ryan's clients.
Christopher holds a Bachelor of Science in Ocean Engineering from Texas A&M University.
